Bishop’s Waltham residents/Groups (consisting of 50% residents) benefit from a 10% price reduction on hire rates.

Priory Park Clubhouse Hire Rates 01/04/24 to 31/03/25

 Parking (including disabled) 62 vehicles plus overflow car park 30 vehicles

BW Residents/Groups can deduct 10% off these rates

Main Hall (125 when seated)

Rate per hour £19.00 inc VAT

Other Charges and hire facilities

All Day Hire 8am – Midnight

Rate per booking £394.00 inc VAT

Caretaker Cleaning (includes putting away tables and chairs)

Rate per booking £29.00 inc VAT
